Refund policy

  • Unfortunately we do not accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order, and we will be glad to assist and make things right. Please contact us at info@glonude.com with your request and pictures of your order. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your request. All sales are final on sale items, brushes, and mitts. Once your request has been approved please allow some time for charges to appear on the original form of payment. All banks and credit card companies have different time frames.
